What does it cost to be on EPlanit?

Nothing to join, nothing to be listed, and nothing to be contacted. You never pay for a lead. We only earn when you do.

When payments launch, commission is 7% on work a planner found you for, and 15% on a brief EPlanit sourced and brought to you. You always know which kind you are looking at before you reply.

Nothing at all for a lead? What is the catch?

There is not one, and it is the main way we are different. Most lead sites sell you credits to reply to enquiries, so you pay whether or not you win the work, and you pay again for the next one. We take a percentage of money you have actually been paid, or we take nothing.

What is a Founding Supplier?

Everybody who joins before public launch on 11 November 2026, up to the first 500, on identical terms. No tiers, no hidden ranking:

• 0% commission for your first six months, starting at launch, so it runs to 11 May 2027
• Free verification
• A permanent founding mark on your profile

When do I actually get paid?

Today, directly by the planner, exactly as you would now. Payments through EPlanit are not switched on, so we take nothing and hold nothing.

When they launch: you get the deposit when you confirm the booking, and the balance 24 hours after the event. Money reaches your bank in about three working days, and your first payout waits seven days while the account is set up.

What does it take to get booked?

Three things, and they are not a mystery:

1. The smallest job you would take, and how you price. Planners filter by the smallest job. A profile without one is invisible to somebody with a budget in mind.
2. Six photographs of real work. Not stock, not your logo.
3. Replying quickly. Most planners book one of the first two or three suppliers who come back well.

What is Verified and how do I get it?

Send us your documents and a person reads them. Public liability insurance where your work needs it, proof the business exists, any trade registration relevant to what you do. Verified profiles appear first in browse. We remind you before anything expires, and if a document lapses the mark comes off until the new one is approved. Nothing else about your listing changes.

If a document arrives and we cannot read it, we do not decline it. We ask you to send it again, or to email it to us, and nothing about your listing changes while that is sorted.

How far do I have to travel?

You decide. You set a radius and you are only shown to planners inside it. If you hire out equipment you can set a separate delivery radius and a delivery fee, or offer collection only.

Will my photographs appear anywhere other than my profile?

Yes, in one place, and always credited. Plans are whole events put together from suppliers on EPlanit, and if you are the florist on the small wedding plan, your photograph is the flowers, with your business name and a link straight to your profile. It is the best marketing you will get from us and it costs nothing. If you would rather not, there is a switch on your profile and your work stays where it is.

Can I work with other suppliers on here?

Yes, and it costs nothing. Mark yourself open to collaboration and other suppliers can find you for jobs bigger than one business can take alone, or pass you work they cannot take. Passing work to another supplier costs you nothing. If you are the one who gets booked and paid, you pay commission on that booking exactly as you would on any other.

What stops a planner booking me and then going around EPlanit?

Nothing technical, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we offer instead is worth more than the percentage: the booking agreement in writing, the conversation on the record if there is ever a disagreement, the review you can only earn through a real booking, and deposit protection when payments launch. Suppliers who keep it on the platform build something that gets them the next booking. Suppliers who take it off keep 7% once.

Do you sell my details or advertise against me?

No. Nobody pays to outrank you and there is no algorithm deciding who gets seen. You are found by what you do, where you work and whether you are free. We do not sell contact details to anybody.

What is the EPlanit Fund?

Every quarter we give away a £5,000 grant to somebody building something in events, and put another £5,000 into community events. It is funded by a £12.50 application fee, capped at 800 applications a round. It is deliberately net zero: everything that comes in goes back out.

Can I pay to appear higher?

There is a boost, £19 for seven days, and three featured slots per category. That is the whole of it. It moves you up a list, it does not change who you are shown to, and no amount of money buys you a planner outside your radius or your category.
